A random glimpse into the windows of a high rise building in Manhattan reveals a wedding dress shop above the world famous Oscar Blandi Salon. Inside you can see a hairdresser blow drying a client while someone else looks on. Rows of wedding dresses above the salon make it appear that perhaps these two businesses are partners or work together in some way.
