MILKY WAY BAY
A lone boat makes it way across the waters while the Milky Way glows in the sky above. This was photographed from the southern tip of the Florida peninsula looking south towards the Florida Keys. This was in the flamingo area of Everglades National Park where it is dark enough to see the Milky Way.
Viewing the Milky Way requires getting far away from city lights and urban areas.
