A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MANHATTAN

Cars, buses, taxis, and pedestrians all combine to create a colorful photo of a typical day in New York City. This particular October day was cloudy, windy, and rainy but those things can actually create very interesting images. Reflections on the wet streets, vibrant colors, and a moody atmosphere are all things every photographer loves regardless of the weather conditions. New York City never disappoints even when the weather does.

My name is Mark Andrew Thomas and I'm a photographer and filmmaker currently residing in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I grew up in Florida right next to the Everglades and although I photograph a wide variety of subjects and locations, the Florida Everglades will always be my first love.
