CAMPFIRES ON MILKY WAY RIVER

Campfires light up the night sky under the Milky Way in this rural scene photographed using several exposures of the same scene. The Milky Way is visible to the naked eye when you get far enough away from city lights and is definitely worth the effort to see it in all it's glory. No matter where you live, there are many opportunities to view the Milky Way during the spring and summer months.
